Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct interactive and effective Tasmik sessions to enhance students' understanding and retention of the curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Monitor and regularly assess student performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and respect.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and behavioral updates.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to continuously improve teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to align teaching strategies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and the local language.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and engage students in a positive manner.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust teaching styles based on student feedback.
