Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for Mathematics, English, Science, and Mandarin tailored to student needs.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that fosters student engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development, behavior, and academic performance.
- Prepare students for assessments, quizzes, and various extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to improve curriculum quality and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and lesson plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Math, English, Science, or Mandarin).
- Previous experience teaching Math, English, Science, or Mandarin (Basic to Intermediate levels).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children.
- Patient, energetic, and creative teaching approach with young learners.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
