- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of gym equipment, locker rooms, and common areas
- Assist members with proper equipment usage and basic fitness guidance
- Monitor facility safety and enforce gym rules and regulations
- Handle member inquiries, registrations, and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory of supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support group class setup and equipment organization
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address safety hazards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous customer service experience in fitness/hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
