As one of Bali's leading padel clubs, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for players of all levels. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of the club, ensuring that our operations run smoothly while fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. You will manage a diverse team of staff, coordinate court bookings, and maintain the highest standards of maintenance and cleanliness. Your leadership will directly impact our member satisfaction scores, so a customer-centric approach is essential. We are looking for someone who can drive sales, organize exciting social events, and ensure the club remains a premier destination for sports and leisure in the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily club operations, including court maintenance, facility upkeep, and staff scheduling.
- Manage member relationships and resolve inquiries with a focus on exceptional service and retention.
- Drive revenue growth through active membership sales and event hosting initiatives.
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team of coaches, receptionists, and facility staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, club policies, and health standards.
- Organize and promote social events, tournaments, and community engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality or sports management, preferably in a club or recreational environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Passion for Padel and a solid understanding of the sport’s rules and dynamics.
- Excellent customer service orientation with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
