We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gym Attendant to ensure our guests have a memorable fitness experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our state-of-the-art gym facility.
As a Gym Attendant at Zen Luxury Complex, you will be the first point of contact for our guests using the fitness facilities. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting members with equipment usage, and maintaining the impeccable condition of our gym. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting guests with proper equipment usage and fitness routines
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of all gym equipment and facilities
- Regularly inspecting and reporting any maintenance issues with equipment
- Ensuring the gym area is safe and free of hazards at all times
- Stocking and organizing gym supplies, towels, and amenities
- Monitoring gym usage to ensure proper social distancing and safety protocols
- Assisting with basic fitness inquiries and guidance when appropriate
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, or hospitality environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and proper usage techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and light lifting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
