In this role, you will play a crucial part in the member experience, guiding potential and existing clients through our facilities and membership options. We are looking for a proactive individual who can drive sales while building genuine relationships.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional facility tours and introduce members to the gym’s equipment and programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate membership packages and personal training services.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to convert leads into memberships.
- Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to organize fitness events and promotional activities.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
- Track daily sales targets and report progress to the branch manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a background in sports or fitness is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a passion for health and wellness.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English is preferred.
