We are seeking an energetic and experienced Gym Manager to lead our fitness facility in Bali. As the Gym Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring exceptional member experiences, driving membership growth, and maintaining a safe, motivating environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for fitness, capable of managing staff schedules, implementing marketing strategies, and optimizing facility operations. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive gym culture while achieving revenue targets and maintaining industry best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily gym operations including staff scheduling, member services, and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans for membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of fitness professionals and support staff
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards
- Manage budgeting, inventory control, and financial performance metrics
- Organize member events, fitness challenges, and community engagement activities
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism
- Monitor industry trends and implement innovative fitness programs and services
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gym management or fitness leadership role
- Proven track record in membership sales and revenue generation
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluation
- Experience with gym management software and basic financial reporting
- Certification in fitness management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
