Tanggung Jawab
- Assist surgeons during hair transplant procedures including FUE and FUT techniques
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure sterile operating environments
- Perform post-operative care including wound management and patient education
- Maintain precise medical documentation and inventory of surgical supplies
- Administer local anesthesia and monitor patient vitals during procedures
- Educate patients on recovery protocols and follow-up care instructions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or related medical/science field
- Active PRC license or eligibility for licensure
- Willingness to complete specialized hair transplant training
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced surgical environments
