Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting face-to-face and online consultations with potential Hajj and Umrah pilgrims to understand their travel needs.
- Presenting and selling various travel packages, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly explained.
- Preparing and processing travel documents, visas, and contracts accurately.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian (Native) and English (Basic).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive client data.
- Willingness to work full-time in Salatiga, Central Java.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
