Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Halal certification processes for hospitality services and facilities
- Develop and implement Halal compliance policies and operational procedures
- Train staff on Halal standards, religious requirements, and cultural sensitivity
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to Halal regulations (JAKIM standards)
- Liaise with suppliers to verify Halal supply chain integrity
- Manage documentation and reporting for Halal compliance certification
- Stay updated on evolving Halal regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Islamic Studies, or related field
- Certification in Halal standards (JAKIM or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Halal compliance or hospitality operations
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Halal certification requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to interpret complex regulations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
