Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the poultry processing line to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Ensure strict compliance with Halal certification standards and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and certification agencies for regular inspections.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the procurement of raw materials.
- Support the expansion of market sales by identifying new customer opportunities.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards.
- Liaise with internal departments to optimize production workflows and logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Food Technology, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Certificate in Halal Management or Food Safety is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in operations or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
