Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Halal compliance programs and quality assurance systems
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure product quality and Halal standards
- Document quality control procedures, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Stay updated on Halal certification requirements and industry best practices
- Train staff on quality assurance procedures and Halal compliance standards
- Coordinate with Halal certification bodies and ensure timely renewals
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformance issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or related field
- Certification in Halal quality assurance and food safety management
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in Halal-certified environments
- Strong knowledge of Halal standards and international food safety regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in quality control testing methods and documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management software
