Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Previous experience in student advising, counseling, or academic support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Empathetic approach to student support and guidance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of educational systems and student development principles
- Proficiency in relevant software for tracking student progress
