In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations, ensuring that every customer experiences the premium service and quality that our bakery is known for.
As a Hall Supervisor, you will oversee daily floor operations, manage service staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, resolve customer concerns with professionalism, and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for both our guests and our staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor floor cleanliness, product presentation, and display standards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bakery production team to ensure timely product availability.
- Handle inventory checks and ensure supplies are stocked according to requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain logs regarding daily sales and team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or Bakery industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining operational standards.
