Vibe Development is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Handyman / Engineer to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our villa maintenance operations, ensuring that every property meets our high standards of excellence and guest satisfaction.
As our Villa Maintenance Engineer, you will handle a diverse range of technical tasks—from plumbing and electrical troubleshooting to general building repairs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, acts with integrity, and can respond quickly to the operational needs of a high-end hospitality environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all villa facilities and infrastructure.
- Address immediate maintenance requests including plumbing issues, electrical faults, and HVAC system checks.
- Conduct general building repairs, including painting, woodwork, and basic masonry work.
- Monitor and maintain swimming pool equipment, filtration systems, and water pumps.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale renovation projects as required.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with villa regulations.
- Provide regular reporting on the condition of properties to the operations manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in villa, hotel, or residential maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and handle tools safely.
- Reliable, honest, and possess a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to handle urgent guest requests or emergencies.
- Basic English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Residency or ability to commute reliably to the Badung area.
