Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Haquhara team and management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and internal memos.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, take minutes, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Support the team with general office logistics, including supply management and vendor coordination.
- Perform research tasks and compile reports as needed to aid decision-making processes.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated (D3/S1) in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Basic understanding of office administration best practices.
