PT WENHANHN IMPORT EXPORT TRADING is looking for an energetic and persuasive Hardsell Live Streaming Host to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the face of our premium hair care line, driving direct sales through high-energy, engaging live broadcasts on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Tokopedia Play.
The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who thrives under the pressure of a live environment. You will not only demonstrate product benefits but also create an immersive shopping experience that converts viewers into loyal customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy, professional live streaming sessions to promote hair care products.
- Execute 'hardsell' strategies to drive immediate conversion and meet daily sales targets.
- Demonstrate product application and benefits clearly to the audience in real-time.
- Engage actively with viewers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering community interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional scripts, flash sales, and campaign hooks.
- Monitor live performance metrics and adjust delivery style to maximize audience retention and sales volume.
- Stay updated on hair care industry trends and competitor product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, KOL, or sales promoter, preferably in the beauty/personal care sector.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with an outgoing and confident personality.
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high energy levels during long broadcast sessions.
- Deep understanding of live commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.) and their tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Good command of Indonesian; additional language skills (Mandarin/English) are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and shifts based on campaign peak hours.
