Are you a passionate engineer looking to drive innovation in high-precision watchmaking? TMX Philippines is seeking a talented Hardware and Electronics Engineer to join our elite team in Lapu-Lapu City. In this role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end lifecycle of Quartz analog movements, ensuring the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency from initial design concepts through to full-scale mass production.
As part of our dynamic engineering department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex electronic systems, optimize manufacturing processes, and implement technical improvements. We are looking for an analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellence in consumer electronics and precision timekeeping components.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full product lifecycle of Quartz analog movements from design phase to mass production.
- Perform root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting for electronic assemblies and circuitry.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to design and refine hardware specifications and component integration.
- Oversee the implementation of manufacturing process improvements to increase yield and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet stringent international engineering standards.
- Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and performance reports for all project stages.
- Provide technical support for equipment maintenance and production line validation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in hardware engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
- Proficiency in PCB design software and electronic testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage technical projects and meet tight production deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
