Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as subject matter expert on hardware asset management processes and ServiceNow HAM capabilities, providing strategic guidance to the organization
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for stakeholders on hardware asset management best practices and system utilization
- Implement and maintain hardware asset tracking systems to ensure accurate inventory management across all locations
- Collaborate with IT operations, procurement, and finance teams to optimize hardware asset lifecycle and reduce costs
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics on hardware assets, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with hardware asset management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow HAM modules and provide technical support to end users
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance hardware asset management efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hardware asset management or IT asset administration
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module configuration and implementation
- Strong knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle management principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in conducting training sessions
- Certification in IT Asset Management (e.g., ITAM, ServiceNow) is preferred
- Experience working in a corporate enterprise environment is an advantage
