We are seeking a skilled and innovative Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at Exis Tech Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design of next-generation hardware systems, taking products from the initial concept phase through to mass production. You will ensure that all hardware solutions are efficient, reliable, and scalable, meeting the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your expertise will be crucial in defining hardware requirements, developing circuit schematics, and creating robust PCB layouts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and project managers, to integrate hardware seamlessly with automation control systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop hardware architectures for advanced automation systems and control units.
- Create detailed circuit schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence).
- Perform circuit simulations, signal integrity analysis, and power analysis to ensure design robustness.
- Develop prototypes, conduct rigorous testing, and debug hardware issues to validate performance.
- Collaborate with software teams to interface hardware with embedded firmware and control algorithms.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), schematics, and design specifications.
- Ensure all hardware designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in hardware design, preferably within the automation or embedded systems industry.
- Strong proficiency in designing digital and analog circuits, including microcontrollers and FPGAs.
- Extensive experience with PCB design tools and simulation software.
- Deep understanding of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
