Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end hardware development projects from initial concept to mass production
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and manufacturing
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables with clear success criteria
- Manage project risks, resources, and dependencies using industry-standard methodologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols
- Facilitate vendor management and supply chain optimization
- Generate progress reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in hardware development project management
- Proven track record of managing products from prototype to mass production
- Expertise in PCB design, component selection, and DFM principles
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead diverse technical teams
