Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues including desktop computers, laptops, printers, and POS systems
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and peripherals
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in our support system
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement hardware upgrades and system improvements
- Train customers on proper hardware usage and maintenance procedures
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential hardware problems
- Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in hardware technical support or related IT role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and networking basics
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues using diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Customer-focused approach with patience and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
