Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance on systems and equipment.
- Set up and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets and spare parts.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure high availability of critical systems.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users.
- Document all repair and maintenance procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Hardware Technician or in a similar IT support role.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and networking concepts.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willing to work in Tondo, Metro Manila.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
