As a Hardware Technician 3, you will play a critical role in the lifecycle of our high-precision hardware components. You will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, technical diagnostics, and the seamless integration of hardware systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex assembly, testing, and calibration of hardware components according to engineering specifications.
- Perform advanced root cause analysis and troubleshooting on hardware failures, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document technical processes, test results, and maintenance logs in compliance with Emerson’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) phases.
- Maintain and optimize laboratory/production equipment to ensure high precision and operational efficiency.
- Conduct preventative maintenance schedules and perform routine safety inspections on electronic and mechanical systems.
- Train junior technicians on standard operating procedures and best practices for hardware diagnostics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a hardware technician or technical support role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical blueprints.
- Strong hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively coordinate with local and international teams.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is highly preferred.
