Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex hardware systems including servers, networking equipment, and peripheral devices
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on electronic components to ensure optimal performance
- Document hardware configurations, maintenance activities, and repair logs systematically
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware-related issues efficiently
- Conduct hardware upgrades and replacements following industry best practices and safety protocols
- Analyze system performance data to identify hardware bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Stay updated on emerging hardware technologies and recommend system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing server, network, and computing hardware
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, schematics, and test equipment
- CompTIA A+ or similar hardware certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Good communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
