- Greet customers promptly with warm smiles and provide efficient service during peak Hari Raya hours
- Accurately process orders and handle cash transactions using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food items according to McDonald's quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service counters, and kitchen stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Support promotional activities during the festive season
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a friendly, cheerful disposition and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills in English and basic proficiency in other languages is advantageous
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 10kg)
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship/residency status
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions
