Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers visiting the Jurong Spring outlet.
- Manage point-of-sale systems accurately to process customer orders and payments.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to McDonald's quality and safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen workstations.
- Assist in managing food inventory and restocking supplies as needed during peak hours.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols while on shift.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
- Must be available to work during Hari Raya festive operational hours.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance; must strictly adhere to the designated dress code (Plain black top, black long pants, and non-slip black covered shoes).
- Commitment to personal grooming standards, including covering visible body tattoos.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working well within a team setting.
