Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate daily harvesting operations to ensure maximum efficiency and quality standards
- Train and supervise harvesting teams on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage
- Monitor crop quality during harvest and implement corrective actions when needed
- Manage inventory and allocation of harvesting tools, machinery, and protective gear
- Collaborate with agronomy teams to optimize harvest timing and methods
- Maintain accurate records of harvest yields, labor hours, and resource usage
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during field operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural supervision, preferably in crop harvesting
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams of 10+ workers
- Strong knowledge of modern harvesting techniques and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions and variable weather
- Certification in agricultural safety or equivalent training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Bengalon, East Kalimantan
