IBM is seeking a HashiCorp Ecosystem GTM Specialist to join our dynamic regional sales organization. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between HashiCorpâs cutting-edge multi-cloud infrastructure automation solutions and our regional market strategy.
As part of the Regional Go-To-Market team, you will drive the adoption of HashiCorpâs product suiteâincluding Terraform, Vault, Consul, and Nomadâby fostering strategic partnerships and enabling sales teams to deliver unparalleled value to our clients. You will serve as an internal subject matter expert, helping to accelerate pipeline velocity, refine our value proposition, and ensure that our technical ecosystem aligns with the complex demands of our enterprise customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the regional GTM strategy for the HashiCorp ecosystem to accelerate revenue growth.
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and channel partners to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison for HashiCorp product integration within IBM service offerings.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales enablement materials to train regional sales teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Engage with key client stakeholders to demonstrate the long-term value of HashiCorpâs cloud operating model.
- Analyze sales pipeline health and provide actionable insights to regional leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ecosystem management, or technical GTM roles.
- Deep understanding of multi-cloud environments and the HashiCorp product stack (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad).
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
