Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative hat concepts that align with current fashion trends
- Create detailed technical specifications and patterns for hat designs
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible to manufacture
- Select appropriate materials and fabrics for each design
- Stay updated on fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Work with marketing team to develop compelling product presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
- Proven experience as a hat designer or in accessory design
- Strong portfolio showcasing hat design capabilities
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of materials, fabrics, and construction techniques
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and market demands
- Strong attention to detail and precision in design execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
