Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and schedule daily hauling routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal warehouse teams and external transport providers to manage freight logistics.
- Monitor driver performance and vehicle utilization to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare and process essential transport documentation, including delivery receipts and manifests.
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks and address delivery issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of all hauling transactions and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hauling, trucking, or supply chain logistics is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
- Proficient in basic office software (MS Office/Google Workspace) for scheduling and reporting.
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills in high-pressure transport environments.
- High school diploma or vocational training; degree in Logistics or Business is a plus.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to work in Cebu City.
