UCoal Sumberdaya is seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented Hauling Road Maintenance Foreman to join our operational team in Musi Banyuasin. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity, safety, and efficiency of our hauling road network, ensuring that our logistics operations continue to run without interruption.
As the on-site supervisor, you will manage heavy equipment operators, coordinate maintenance schedules, and implement strict safety protocols to mitigate risks in a high-demand mining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil infrastructure or mining haul road maintenance, with a proven ability to lead teams under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily hauling road maintenance activities to ensure optimal road conditions.
- Manage a team of heavy equipment operators, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor road surface quality, including dust control, drainage systems, and structural integrity.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to minimize disruptions to hauling schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety, health, and environmental policies (K3).
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on road conditions, maintenance progress, and resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, labor hours, and materials consumed.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to staff regarding safe equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in mining, quarrying, or large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment operations (graders, bulldozers, water trucks, compactors).
- Strong knowledge of hauling road design principles, including camber, drainage, and load-bearing capacity.
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams in remote site conditions.
- Possession of a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is highly desirable.
- Willingness to be placed in Musi Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan on a rotational roster.
