Masmindo Dwi Area is seeking a strategic and highly experienced HC Operation Manager to join our leadership team in Sulawesi Selatan. This pivotal role is responsible for directing all site-based Human Capital operations, ensuring that our workforce is empowered, compliant, and aligned with the company’s operational excellence standards. As a key leader at our site operations, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and ground-level execution, fostering a high-performance culture within the mining sector.

The successful candidate will oversee a broad spectrum of HR functions, including employee services, industrial relations, and governance. You will be tasked with navigating the complexities of large-scale site management while maintaining a steadfast commitment to Indonesian labor regulations and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and optimize comprehensive site HC operations, ensuring seamless delivery of employee services and workforce support.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja) and regional regulations across all operational activities.
  • Develop and implement robust HC governance frameworks to mitigate legal and operational risks.
  • Manage industrial relations by building proactive relationships with site employees, local communities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee site-level recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet project milestones.
  • Supervise payroll administration, benefits management, and insurance coverage for a diverse site workforce.
  • Analyze HC metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the site HC team, promoting professional development and high standards of service.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience working in the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Infrastructure industries is highly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Indonesian Labor Law, industrial relations, and site-based HR compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in remote or challenging environments.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be based at a site location in Sulawesi Selatan on a specific roster or permanent basis.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Office suite.
