We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic HCBP Manager (Human Capital Business Partner Manager) to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. As an HCBP Manager, you will serve as a strategic consultant to our business units, ensuring that HR strategies are seamlessly integrated into daily operations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from strategic talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and organizational development. Your goal will be to foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Kapal Api Global’s vision and values.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Drive the performance management process, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and internal company regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to implement corporate HR programs locally.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a managerial or HCBP role.
  • Strong background in the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into people strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
