You will be instrumental in navigating union relationships, resolving employee disputes, and engaging with vital external stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals and workforce productivity.
- Manage and nurture professional relationships with labor unions to ensure industrial harmony.
- Oversee conflict resolution processes and grievance handling to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company regulations.
- Act as a strategic partner to departmental heads, providing HR expertise and coaching.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and government agencies to ensure operational alignment.
- Lead workforce engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous organizational improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Capital/HR roles, preferably in mining or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven track record in managing complex industrial relations and union negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/challenging site location in Luwu.
- Professional certification in HR is a distinct advantage.
