Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of new HCM modules and system upgrades.
- Define business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and internal IT stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate change management efforts, including training programs and user adoption initiatives.
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for digital automation and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and system security compliance across all HCM platforms.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM-related issues post-implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically focusing on HRIS or HCM systems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise system implementations.
- Deep understanding of HR core processes including payroll, talent management, and employee lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in the retail or fast-paced consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
