Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine physical and mechanical testing of HDPE pipe samples according to SNI and international quality standards.
- Perform comprehensive raw material evaluation and batch testing to ensure consistent production quality.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment, including pressure testing rigs, density meters, and tensile strength testers.
- Document all test results accurately, maintain detailed laboratory logs, and generate quality assurance reports for the production management team.
- Identify and report non-conforming products immediately to prevent deviations from technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to assist in product development cycles and trial runs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols within the laboratory facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in the plastic manufacturing or pipe industry.
- Strong understanding of material properties, specifically High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) characteristics.
- High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail when performing repetitive testing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) for data entry and basic statistical analysis of test results.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a technical team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Tangerang area.
