- Establish, lead, and grow the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI COE) to drive AI strategy and innovation across Income Insurance Limited.
- Define the overarching AI vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, from ideation and proof-of-concept to deployment and post-implementation monitoring, ensuring high quality and business impact.
- Develop and implement best practices, governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and standards for AI model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence within the AI COE, attracting, mentoring, and developing top AI talent.
- Collaborate closely with various business units, product teams, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities, define use cases, and integrate AI solutions effectively.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, trends, and research, assessing their potential applicability and impact on the insurance industry.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role establishing or heading an AI COE or similar function.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying large-scale AI solutions, covering areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Deep understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and programming languages (Python, R, Java).
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of relevant regulatory and data security considerations.
