Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service during peak hours
- Develop innovative beverage menus featuring local Balinese ingredients and international classics
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost optimization for bar supplies
- Mentor and train bar staff on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and liquor compliance regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and management team on seasonal promotions and events
- Monitor bar performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of progressive bar management experience in high-volume establishments
- Proven expertise in mixology, craft cocktails, and beverage program development
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with staff development experience
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverage trends
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Valid Bali liquor handling certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages a plus
