Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus aligned with current trends and guest preferences
- Train and supervise bar staff on mixology techniques, service standards, and safety protocols
- Ensure consistent quality of all beverages and presentation across all drink offerings
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate supply procurement efficiently
- Monitor bar performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance profitability
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bar management or senior bartender role
- Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, and beverage program development
- Strong leadership abilities with staff training and performance management experience
- Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation
- Knowledge of Indonesian hospitality regulations and licensing requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
