Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations across the group's venues to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Design and implement innovative seasonal cocktail menus and signature beverage programs.
- Lead, train, and mentor the bar team, conducting regular workshops on technique and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement of high-quality ingredients.
- Monitor bar costs (COGS) and implement strategies to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Engage with guests to provide a personalized and high-end service experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create beverage pairings that complement our culinary offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior bar management or Head Bartender role.
- Extensive knowledge of international spirits, classic cocktails, and contemporary mixology.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of bar financials, including stock control and margin management.
- Creative mindset with a passion for using local, sustainable ingredients.
- Relevant certification in Hospitality Management or professional Bartending.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
