Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia is currently seeking a talented Head Bar to take the helm of our beverage operations. In this key position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our bar, ensuring the delivery of exceptional specialty coffee, artisanal teas, and creative mocktails and cocktails. We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about mixology and customer service to design our signature drinks and train our staff. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' dining experience and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including the preparation and service of specialty coffee, tea, fresh juices, mocktails, and cocktails.
- Develop and maintain a creative signature drink menu that aligns with the restaurant's brand and seasonality.
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to ensure high standards of service and product quality.
- Manage inventory, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the bar area.
- Handle guest interactions and resolve service issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a bar, restaurant, or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, coffee brewing techniques, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or bar management is highly preferred.
