Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering, and stock replenishment.
- Develop and implement innovative, trend-setting beverage and cocktail menus to increase revenue.
- Lead, recruit, train, and mentor the bar team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Analyze bar performance metrics and generate reports to optimize profitability and reduce wastage.
- Manage bar staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Head Bar, Bar Manager, or senior bartender in a high-volume venue.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and contemporary beverage trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management and P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of customer service and guest relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification in hospitality or beverage management is a significant advantage.
