Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring speed of service and exceptional quality control.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages following signature recipes and standards.
- Mentor, train, and manage junior barista staff to ensure team growth and consistency.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels for beans, milk, and cafe consumables.
- Ensure all workstations, equipment, and dining areas adhere to strict health and safety standards.
- Develop positive relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and provide a personalized experience.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, waste management, and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Barista, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
- Deep passion for specialty coffee, latte art, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Friendly, energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a busy cafe environment.
- Proficiency in basic cafe POS systems and inventory software is a plus.
