Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and schedule the barista team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for coffee preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Manage inventory levels, place timely orders for coffee beans, supplies, and equipment, and effectively control operational costs.
  • Design and implement seasonal drink menus and targeted promotions to drive sales and guest engagement.
  • Ensure all coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) is properly maintained, cleaned, and calibrated daily.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the café area according to local regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, cultivate regular guests, and resolve any guest complaints professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional barista experience in a high-volume specialty coffee environment.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory or lead barista role, managing a team.
  • Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, extraction methods, and advanced latte art techniques.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (fluency in English is required; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus).
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, control costs, and analyze sales data for decision making.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about hospitality, with a genuine guest-first attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
