- Lead and train the barista team in coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards
- Develop and implement new coffee recipes and seasonal specials

- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and coffee equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
