Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily coffee shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Mentor and train barista staff on brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service standards.
- Maintain strict quality control over coffee preparation and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and supplies to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Engage with customers to foster a sense of community and actively collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management on menu development, seasonal specials, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Head Barista or Barista Supervisor in a high-volume setting.
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction, coffee origins, and various brewing methods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
