Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Bar Operations: Manage the daily running of the bar, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, control costs, and order supplies efficiently to minimize waste.
- Menu Development: Create and update seasonal cocktail menus, ensuring variety and quality.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain high morale and service standards.
- Financial Control: Manage budgets, track sales, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Customer Experience: Engage with guests personally, resolve complaints, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Head Bartender or Bar Manager in a high-volume establishment.
- Mixology Skills: Expert knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a bar team effectively.
