Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bar operations including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling
- Design and execute innovative cocktail menus aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferences
- Mentor and train bar staff on mixology techniques, service standards, and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with F&B management to develop beverage strategies and promotions
- Handle VIP guest interactions and personalized beverage experiences
- Analyze sales data to optimize menu performance and profitability
- Source and maintain relationships with premium spirit suppliers and local producers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years bartending experience with 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and global cocktail trends
- Proven track record in inventory management and cost control systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership abilities with staff training and development experience
- Valid Food Handling and Hygiene certification
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic bar management software
- Fluency in English with additional language skills advantageous
