As the Head of Building Development, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes vendor relationships, and ensure that every development milestone meets our rigorous quality, safety, and budgetary standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end construction projects from feasibility study to completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, architects, and government stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Monitor site progress daily to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective strategies.
- Lead project meetings, providing regular reports to senior management regarding KPIs and financial status.
- Mentor project staff and foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Strong proficiency in Project Management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Expertise in budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage large-scale, multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both Indonesian and English.
